Richard Love is the Regional Managing Partner of Odgers Berndtson’s Midlands operations. He is responsible for the day to day management of the office and developing the firm’s profile and relationships across a range of industry sectors within the region. In addition, Richard is Managing Director of Odgers Select, the mid to senior management recruitment division and is also a member of the firm’s Energy, Manufacturing and Infrastructure practice. He has recruited for listed and multinational organisations through to SME’s and start-ups in the region.
The early part of Richard's career was spent with a leading professional services organisation. Prior to joining Odgers in 2004, he held consulting and management roles with leading national and regional financial recruitment organisations and a boutique search and selection firm where he recruited at management and Board level across a range of functions and industry sectors.
Richard graduated from Durham University with an honours degree in Politics & Sociology.
